About AEDED

The Spanish Association of Demolition Contractors (AEDED) is the national group that seeks to integrate business specialists in demolition.

Nationally AEDED is the main group that brings together demolition contractors.

Internationally AEDED, together with its affiliates, are members of the European Demolition Association (EDA), which is the most important forum at the Community level within the areas of demolition and recycling.

AEDED focuses on companies whose principal activity is the demolition by various methods such as

Demolition by manual means.
Demolition by mechanical means.
Dismantling and industrial demolition.
Demolition by explosives.
Recovery in works.
Integrated management of demolition waste.

Since its foundation AEDED has always sought to create a collaborative environment to integrate professional and entrepreneurs who devote their professional activity to the demolition of buildings in an association representative and influential in the sector.

The main objectives of the association are:

Representation, advocacy and promotion of economic, social and professional interests of the partners.
To organize and to promote activities and common services of interest to members.
Seek harmony and cooperation among partners, working against unfair competition in the sector.
Representation, advocacy and promotion of economic, social and professional interest of the partners.
To adopt measures to prevent unauthorized practice of the profession.
To maintain relationships with organizations with the same interests at national or international levels.
Improve security systems at work, risk prevention and security of the building.

Within AEDED members are:

Contractors: specialized companies that perform demolition work.
Suppliers: companies producing or distributing equipment and supplies related to some of these activities.
